The Problem We Solve

Pricing? Not exactly.

Good chance you don't have a pricing problem.

Time use, communication, and alignment is usually the problem.

Often operators try to lower services costs by negotiating rates.

Often service companies don't realize a premium for performance.

Every service on location is time driven. When operations take longer:

  • Every service cost increases
  • HSE and NPT risk compounds
  • Capital efficiency drops

When all the stakeholders have a genuine common goal.

Good things happen. Repeatably - Every time.

Value Proposition - Less Time =

Faster execution across cleanouts and milling operations

Fewer service hours billed

Lower Total Well Cost - Entire AFE impact

Better Capital Efficiency - More wells with the same budget

All while leaving a clean wellbore post operation

Applications

How it Works

Applications

Multiphase Cleanouts

Reduce time in the wellbore, eliminate loss circulation events, get the solids to surface. While only pumping the nitrogen volume you need.

Bridge Plug and Port Milling

Maximize coiled tubing movement efficiency and return even the largest debris to flowback.

Dramatically reduce well spend, eliminate build debris stuck's, and enjoy repeatable performance.

Trusted by Oil and Gas Operators with operations in both the USA and Canada.

Whether you're a production company seeking enhanced operational reliability, or a service provider looking to improve your margins in trade for your enhanced execution, CoilSync can help.

Jesse McKinnon is Vice President and Co-Founder of CoilSync, bringing extensive experience in coiled tubing operations across unconventional shale plays in North America.

With a background spanning both field operations and leadership roles, Jesse has developed a practical understanding of the challenges that drive inefficiency in coiled tubing—particularly in time-intensive applications such as multiphase cleanouts, bridge plug milling, and frac port milling.

His work is focused on improving execution at the wellsite, helping operators reduce time on location and lower total well costs through better real-time decision-making and operational alignment.

At CoilSync, Jesse plays a key role in delivering real-time advisory and performance optimization, working closely with field teams, company representatives, and engineers to eliminate inefficiencies as and before they occur - not after the job is complete.

He is committed to advancing more efficient, reliable well servicing practices across North America, with a focus on measurable improvements in execution, consistency, and capital efficiency.
